IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us. WHAT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?
HumidorsOnline.co.uk is committed to knowing that EVERY time you purchase a humidor/accessory from us you are 100% satisfied. If this is not the case please contact us and let us know. We are proud to offer a no quibble guarantee.  However, please note that if we custom build a humidor on the request of a customer and the order is subsequently cancelled or the humidor is returned, shipping fees and a restocking fee of 10% will be charged.

In the event of a customer being dissatisfied with their purchase the order can be returned within 30 days for full credit or refund provided that the item is unused and in original packaging. Please note that we cannot refund any postage and packing on returned items.
